Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Army background will be given preference
∎ At least 5 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Defense background will get preference.
∎ Security Management: Ensure the security of all goods and services in the factory and monitor the guard and intelligence on every floor.
∎ Record Keeping: Ensure in/out goods are properly recorded and gate passes are stored properly. Supervise the loading of waste goods and ensure proper recording.
∎ Theft Prevention: Prevent theft/robbery and pilferage inside and around the factory, and provide necessary escort while goods are being shipped.
∎ Personnel Management: Monitor and manage the movement of employees and visitors during entry and exit periods.
∎ Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, including security guards and surveillance staff.
∎ Emergency Response: Communicate with police or other departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
∎ Reporting: Prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
∎ Equipment Inspection: Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
∎ CCTV Monitoring: Regularly monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
∎ Audit and Patrol: Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement and ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the factory premises.
∎ This role may also include any other tasks assigned by the management.
