Job Context
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our FMCG factory premises, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in industrial security, the ability to handle emergencies, and strong discipline to enforce company rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control entry/exit points of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Ensure safety and security of factory premises, warehouses, raw materials, and finished goods.
Maintain visitor logs, gate registers, and security documentation.
Supervise and coordinate with guards to maintain 24/7 security coverage.
Conduct routine patrolling inside and outside the factory premises.
