∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Social Sciences
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct comprehensive assessments on inclusivity for learners with disabilities, transgender individuals, and ethnic minorities; and enhance their accessibility in the classroom, workshop, and marketplace.
∎ Collaborate with experts to distribute assistive devices for the learners in need.
∎ Practice and promote the principles of social inclusion at the workplace and community levels.
∎ Organise meetings, seminars, and workshops with communities and stakeholders to raise awareness about special needs.
∎ Establish networks with various government organizations and NGOs working for disadvantaged groups and soft skills development.
∎ Facilitate soft skills training for peer leaders and ensure social inclusion visibility at the field level.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least one year’s experience in promoting gender, disability inclusion, safeguarding and soft skills.
