Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelors preferably in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Social Welfare/ Social Work or any other relevant discipline from any recognised university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a counseling plan of Migration and Reintegration Service Centre as per the monthly target.
∎ Provide/Facilitate training for the volunteers/ participants as per plan.
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly training and counseling report for District Reintegration Service Centre (district level office).
∎ Develop a compilation report of all District Reintegration Support Centre.
∎ Provide counseling to the returnee migrant workers and their family members.
∎ Refer migrant workers for trauma counseling and medical treatment support.
∎ Participate in supervision session to become more expert on counselling issues.
∎ Emergency duty at airport to receive vulnerable returnees to provide them need based emergency support including counseling.
∎ Case management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Training facilitation and management, Participant Counseling.
∎ Communication and Reporting skills.
∎ Leadership; communication; coordinating; creativity and innovativeness.
