Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters Preferably in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Social Welfare/ Social Work or any other relevant discipline from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a counseling plan of District Reintegration Service Centre as per the monthly target.
∎ Provide/Facilitate training for the volunteers as per plan.
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly training and counseling report for District. Reintegration Service Centre (district level office).
∎ Develop a compilation report of all District Reintegration Service Centre.
∎ Provide counseling to the returnee migrant workers and their family members.
∎ Refer migrant workers for trauma counseling and medical treatment support.
∎ Participate in supervision session to become more expert on counselling issues.
∎ Emergency duty at airport to receive vulnerable returnees to provide them need based emergency support including counseling.
∎ Case management.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
