Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering with 1st class/ A-Grade in all academic levels

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
∎ Conducting electrical safety checks on computer hardware and equipment;
∎ Talking staff or students through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
∎ Maintaining University's i-EMS attendance module as well as fingerprint machine.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
∎ Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
∎ Testing and evaluating new technology;
∎ Do all required and related activities assigned by the authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical experienced candidates in the IT related field will be given preference.
∎ Good interpersonal skills in English and Bengali both oral and written.

Salary:
∎ As per FU pay Scale.
