Lectra, Pattern Maker, Sample
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should able to prepare, develop patterns (Men's Shirt & Denim Pants) independently.
∎ Must have knowledge of pattern making and grading (Manual & Lectra Software).
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production.
∎ Capable to reading Spec sheet & Understand Buyer comments.
∎ Good knowledge of any sample development.
∎ Should be able to handle 40 sample operators & get output 150 shirts per day
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Experience in fashion retail will give an added advantage.
∎ The incumbent should be a clear team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, a hard worker and will show a lot of interest in learning and understanding the company and its culture.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation (MS Office package).
∎ High sense of integrity, sense of urgency and importance.
∎ The incumbent will be dynamic, a hard worker and will show a lot of interest.
