∎ Minimum HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer's expectation.
∎ Receiving & following the specifications sheet from the marketing merchandiser, which carries the buyer's requirements.
∎ Maintain spec sheet always plus tendency. Minus is not acceptable.
∎ Involved in product development at sampling stage and take care of the quality aspects of samples.
∎ Monitor the quality of the sample products through the various stages of production.
∎ Maintain the required standard according to the buyer's requirement. Maintain 1.5 AQL Label.
∎ The produced sample is then checked again to see the quality aspects/requirements and take necessary rectification measures if the defects are minor & manageable or remake again if the produced sample is not qualified due to finding of major quality faults.
∎ The quality checked development sample is then sent to the buyer through the merchandiser for approval by the buyer.
∎ Follow & record the buyer's comments on the workmanship and quality aspects of the samples approved. (It should be kept in record for minimum 6 months).
∎ Taking rectification measures or remaking of samples according to the comments if the submitted sample is rejected by the buyer.
∎ Any kinds of issues first of all must be share with the reporting i.e, A.G.M (QAD).
∎ Participate in the development Meeting.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
