∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum requirement of HSC/ Graduation in any discipline

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involved in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎ Follow buyer's requirements very sincerely and follow their comments and spec sheet to make a good garment.
∎ Correspondence with buyer any technical, approval, information or approval issue or any other required issue.
∎ Sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook appearance, fitting (dummy and model), on fit sample.
∎ Make pattern corrections to achieve desired fit and look.
∎ Identify and analyze problems, make sound recommendations and take appropriate action. Follow-up to ensure all production details and specifications are being respected (i.e. corrections made to production).
∎ Production feasibility (All kind of process).
∎ Analyze quality reports and prepare & execute an improvement plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

Salary: Negotiable
