∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ MUST HAVE PRACTICAL WORKING EXPERIENCE TO PRODUCE WORK WEAR, OUTER WEAR, & UNIFORM.
∎ CAN Prepare pattern as per various buyer tech packs / specification sheets (OF ABOVE PRODUCTS) using CAD in a timely manner.
∎ Must be able to read and understand tech packs of various buyers in order to provide accurate material usage (fabric & trims) for costing/order booking to the marketing & merchandising team.
∎ Must deliver all samples (Development/SMS and approval) in a timely manner.
∎ Must understand buyer comments to make necessary changes to initial samples so that all samples pass at one shot.
∎ Must have knowledge of pattern making and grading (Manual & Lectra Software).
∎ Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
∎ Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Communicate with production team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of working proven relevant experience with woven (tops and bottom) is required for the position.
∎ Must have experience on handling Lectra/Winda
∎ No need to apply without strong working experience with Lectra CAD Pattern Design Software
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
∎ Able to handle the dept. independently.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Must demonstrate an attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, PowerPoint, and E-mail
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English;
