• Job Requirements:
• Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in CAD pattern making and marker planning.
• Hands-on experience with BOK CAD software is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and working experience with all types of outerwear.
• Understanding of garment construction, pattern grading, consumption calculation, and production requirements.
• Experience in supervising CAD team members is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines with accuracy.
• Educational Qualifications:
• Professional certification or training in CAD pattern making or NOK software will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in outerwear and CAD operations may be considered even if formal education is lower.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent pattern making and marker planning skills.
• Strong analytical ability for consumption and costing calculations.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams.
• Leadership skills to manage and guide subordinates.

We are looking for an experienced CAD Manager with strong expertise in BOK CAD software and extensive experience working with outerwear categories including: padded jackets, non-padded jackets, coats, seam-sealed garments, workwear, performance wear, and other outerwear products. The ideal candidate will lead our CAD operations, support product development, and work closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create dummy patterns for new product development.
•  Prepare accurate, efficient markers for both sampling and bulk production.
•  Determine fabric consumption based on marker length.
• Calculate fabric costing with accurate consumption data.
•  Coordinate with merchandising teams and buyers during:
•  Costing stage
• Sample making stage
•  Pattern adjustment and approval stage in consultation with the CAD Master for sample to bulk pattern conversion.
•  Supervise and guide CAD team  to maintain workflow accuracy and efficiency.
•  Ensure all patterns and markers meet required technical and production standards.
• Work with outerwear categories including: padded jackets, non-padded jackets, coats, seam-sealed garments, workwear, performance wear, and other outerwear products.
