• ·5–8 years of experience in CAD pattern making, marker planning, and grading.
• Mandatory experience with BOK software.
• Strong understanding of outerwear construction and technical pattern development.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and handle high workloads.
• Experience in bulk pattern finalization is highly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced CAD Master with strong hands-on expertise in BOK CAD software, specializing in outerwear products. The candidate will be responsible for pattern making, grading, marker planning, and handling multiple production lines with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate sample patterns and submit them to the sample room, make necessary pattern adjustments based on buyer comments, and finalize full size graded patterns for bulk after buyer approval.
• Print full size graded patterns for bulk production with proper documentation, including own signature and Manager’s signature.
• Create efficient markers for both sample and bulk production, calculate fabric consumption from marker length, and provide accurate fabric costing to the merchandising team.
• Work closely with merchandising, buyers, sampling, and production teams during costing, sample development, pattern adjustment, and approval stages to ensure technical accuracy.
• Handle CAD related work for 7–8 production lines effectively and ensure timely pattern delivery.
• Work confidently with all kinds of outerwear including padded, non-padded, seam-sealed, coats, workwear, and technical outerwear products.
• Use BOK CAD software proficiently for pattern making, grading, and marker planning.
