Experience:
Develop and create accurate patterns for intimate apparel (All kind of Cap and Hat) ensuring correct fit, comfort, and functionality.
Review and interpret design sketches, tech packs, and size specifications to translate them into workable patterns.
Conduct fittings on mannequins and live models; make necessary pattern corrections to achieve buyer-approved fit.
Should knowledge about present sampling fashion and world fashion trending.
Vast knowledge about 3D, Fashion house, fashion trending journal like-WGSN, Pinterest etc.
Ensure proper grading, size set development, and pattern adjustments based on buyer comments and feedback.
Work closely with the sample room, technical, and merchandising teams to ensure on-time sample submission.
Apply knowledge of fabric behavior, stretch properties, and sewing techniques to develop patterns suitable for intimate apparel.
Collaborate with garment technologists to ensure patterns are production-friendly and cost-effective.
Provide technical guidance to sample makers and sewing operators on pattern details and construction methods.
Maintain digital and manual pattern libraries for future reference and style consistency.
Support production teams in resolving pattern-related issues during bulk manufacturing.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and buyer compliance across all patterns and samples.
To know the sampling policy of respected fashion brand like – H&M ,Zara , K-mart , Cotton-ON , Celio etc.
