Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand to buyer TP /Design Sheet.
∎ Provide technical support to Merchandising, Design Team, factories, overseas designers, and vendors and advice factory technical team for the correction sample accordingly, upon receipt of the samples, check measurement, quality and technical facts.
∎ Evaluate sample workmanship, quality, construction and consumption.
∎ Maintain liaison with internal technical team on a day-to-day basis for obtaining approval on pre-production and production samples to a commercial standard as specified by the buyers.
∎ Attend pre-production meetings, providing the technical input (such as machinery, attachment availability, product quality, sewing techniques, bottleneck elimination etc.), foreseeing and taking preventive steps to avoid potential production problems. If necessary, need to visit factory for samples technical issue.
∎ Keep record all necessary samples at the conference room and assist Merchandising team for sample checking, and sample yarn distribution / Packing.
∎ Review all relevant processes and suggest improvements to continuously enhance the processes in the sample room.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication with buyers.
∎ 5 years of experience in the similar field of a large T-shirt Factory.
Salary: Negotiable
