Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving customer phone calls and greeting incoming customers.
∎ Prospecting and identifying new customers through cold-calling
∎ Planning digital marketing strategies on platforms like Facebook and Google & YouTube
∎ Must maintain good relationship with customer.
∎ Creating ad banners (Canva)writing ad content, daily social media posts
∎ Preparing reports of daily activities
∎ Work results should be ensured.
∎ Willingness to work in any situation.
∎ Must have experience in traditional marketing and digital marketing.
∎ Reply social media all query and give proper information.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries.
∎ Managing, and monitoring shipment status and arrivals.
∎ Coordinating with clients, provide proper information of shipment.
∎ Keep in touch with regular & existing clients.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers through various channels. Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer insights and strategies.
∎ Address customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
∎ Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build loyalty.
∎ Manage communications through email, social media, and other platforms.
∎ Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.
∎ This is 6 Month Internship Then are Confirmed As a Regular Employee of Sunshine IT
∎ Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
