Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Negotiate and ensure competitive price quotation for order confirmation.
∎ Ensure orders from customer or buying house and follow up production process.
∎ Coordinate with buying house merchandiser or QC team for production process follow up to ensure on time shipment of quality product.
∎ Capability have to bringing work order from local & international customer.
∎ Coordinate with Commercial team for documents follow up to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with Accessories and Fabric department to ensure on time availability for smooth production.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customer, buying house, Accessories and Fabric supplier to ensure smooth production process and identify any process.
∎ Develop sample upon customer requirement.
∎ Implement and analyze performance metrics.
∎ Identify trends and insights.
∎ Improve team members’ working knowledge, standard, efficiency and performance by assisting them.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Bag/Garment Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control, Quality Control Management, Technical Audit. Fully handle by Customer inspection
∎ Excellent English oral and written communication skill
∎ Good Costing knowledge
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Excellent Negotiation skill
∎ Interpersonal Relationship
∎ Good knowledge of Computer operating (MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.
