Job Context:
∎ Unicorn Leather Goods Factory Ltd. is a leading 100% export oriented Bag factory
∎ Risk analysis during sample making & before starting production
∎ Responsible for Sample development
∎ Liable for Fabric and accessories inspection.
∎ Size set checking Measurement and make comments whatever correction required,
∎ Responsible for PPM doing with relevant people.
∎ Must know Defect analysis report making & publishing.
∎ Shade & Hand feel checking also given production standard as per buyer approve comments.
∎ Critical process Mock making & close monitoring.
∎ Safety data sheet follow up during attaching bags.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-line, pre-final and Final inspection conduct
∎ Shipment schedule follow up & maintain, Communicate with responsible person/office.
∎ Needle control policy and Sharp Tools control policy.
∎ Technical Audit
∎ Quality Management System (QMS) Implement and Train up.
∎ Factory QC team Follow up and Training.
∎ Check first output against approved sealer & update tech pack,
∎ Weekly meeting with team to discuss daily issues and updates information.
∎ Co-ordinate with production department for matters on nonconformance of quality issue.
∎ Must able to Communication with Buyers and Assist.
∎ Conduct inspection by counter-checking inspection file to check the production status, fabric, accessories and measurement, style, packing, workmanship, etc. to ensure that the requirement of the buyers meets.
∎ Manage, guide & follow up with QC team members for quality inspection work, and communication with the customers and in-house production department.
∎ Establishing quality monitoring systems & processes, liaison with cutting, sewing, finishing, and managing quality assurance resources deployed in a different section.
∎ Self-motivational to resolve any problem of quality-related issues by discussing with the factory and Management.
∎ Deal with customer complaints (if any) and detect faults and recommend corrective action in a timely by checking operations & solving problems independently.
