Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Networking.

Responsibilities & Context:
Handle and resolve ISP Networking issues of customer complaints.
Have experience to operate Mikrotik, OLT, Switch Router ONU etc. networking devices.
Should be good knowledge on ISP products such as Mikrotik, OLT, ONU, Switch, PON Module SFP etc.
Hare Experience on field transmission to dep by ONU with Gpon & Epon OLT.
Process support log, and forms.
Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
Record details of actions taken.
Manage field administration.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource· Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
