Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating full operation of Agriculture department on behalf of department.
∎ Monitoring field activities of field force and guide them.
∎ Supporting sales team for attaining their sales targets.
∎ Ensuring collection & recovery targets by field force.
∎ Organizing & ensuring marketing activities & campaigns by field force as per plan by department.
∎ Taking initiatives for fulfilling various official needs and logistic supports required by field force.
∎ Making Offer/Quotation, sales order for customers according to their needs.
∎ Ensuring timely delivery to the customers and collection for the company.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales/service report for the department.
∎ Collecting daily and monthly visit report from all sales & service employees and analyzing.
∎ Organizing monthly meeting, presenting performance/achievement of the employees as well as department.
∎ Ensuring time to time training for the new employees.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
∎ Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
∎ Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
∎ Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire some experienced & skilled candidates who are from Engineering background (mainly from Automobile/Power/Mechanical) to handle the Coordination part under the business operation of Agriculture Equipment Division sales & service. In this position, candidates will play the very important role for the growth of business of this department, monitoring full field force and will be considered as a main bridge between field force and head office Administration. Candidates who have the working experience on coordination or business operation for sales or service department are preferable.
