Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to sell retail deposit products and others retail products.
∎ Achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
∎ Building relationship with new clients by ensuring proper services.
∎ Collect all required documents and complete applications from the prospective clients.
∎ Ensure the authentication of all documents collected from the clients.
∎ Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensure service excellence to the clients as per bank's policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences in related fields of banking sector are preferred
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attractive Incentive/ Commission based on performance
∎ Others admissible benefits as per bank's policy
