Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Engagement: Greet and assist prospective clients, guiding them through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties or investment opportunities.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and offering solutions to any concerns.
∎ Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for potential clients and leads.Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients to close sales.
∎ Product Knowledge & Market Research: Maintain a deep understanding of the available properties, including their features, pricing, location advantages, and investment potential.Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding property details, terms, and conditions.
∎ Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions to ensure successful transactions.Work with clients through the entire sales process, including preparing and processing contracts, paperwork, and finalizing sales.Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth closings and compliance.
∎ Marketing & Lead Generation: Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote properties and land offerings.Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional events.Utilize digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to generate leads and attract potential buyers.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects, offering exceptional post-sale support and service.Provide follow-up after a sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
∎ Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and property inventory.Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management on sales progress, leads, and customer feedback.
