• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed university.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age 40 to 50 years

• At least 5 years in a senior planning role in knit garment factory or group level
• Candidate should highly capable to lead a big team
• Should have ERP knowledge preferably Logic software
• Experience in a group of companies will be highly preferred.

We are a leading knit garment manufacturing group seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Central Planning to lead and streamline our organization’s overall production planning, capacity management, and supply-chain coordination. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Knit Garments, Production Planning & Control (PPC), and Factory Capacity Optimization with multi-factory experience.

1. Central Planning & Capacity Allocation

• Develop the consolidated capacity plan for all knit garment units within the group.

• Allocate capacity based on order confirmation, machine availability, and factory capability.

• Create realistic production forecasts based on ongoing and upcoming orders.

2. Production Planning & Control (PPC)

• Prepare time & action (T&A) calendars and ensure on-time execution.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production progress.

• Coordinate closely with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Shipment teams for seamless execution.

3. Order Management & Coordination

• Review buyer tech packs, order quantities, SMV, and ensure feasibility before acceptance.

• Coordinate with Merchandising to confirm order booking and costing.

• Communicate order allocation and planning updates to all relevant factory managers.

4. Supply Chain & Material Planning

• Work with procurement and store teams to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Identify potential bottlenecks and plan corrective actions in advance.

5. Line Balancing & Efficiency Improvement

• Plan optimized line layouts based on product complexity and SMV.

• Work with IE teams to improve productivity and minimize idle time.

6. Reporting & Management

• Prepare detailed planning reports for top management.

• Lead the central planning team and provide guidance and training.

• Maintain strong communication with factory heads, merchandisers, and top-level management.
