Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the merchandising team in handling client communications, order follow-up, and document management;
∎ Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient project execution;
∎ Participate in market data analysis to support business decision-making;
∎ Draft business emails and reports in English, and maintain client relationships;
∎ Conduct client visits and marketing activities as needed
