∎ Industry Experience: Real Estate (Land, Apartment, Hotel Share Sell), Property Developer.
∎ Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in selling hotel shares are highly encouraged to apply.

∎ Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
∎ Utilize expertise in real estate sales to effectively promote and sell amusement park, land, apartments, and hotel shares.
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
∎ Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand presence and generate leads.
