3. Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in selling hotel shares are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Utilize expertise in real estate sales to effectively promote and sell amusement park, land, apartments, and hotel shares.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
7. Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand presence and generate leads.
