- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Utilize expertise in real estate sales to effectively promote and sell amusement park, land, apartments, and hotel shares.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand presence and generate leads.
