Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Retail Marketing & Sales of Internet Service Provider(ISP) related services.
∎ Establishing new business proposals, creating new clients to increase sales volume.
∎ Ensuring that sales targets are met. Organizing sales visits to optimize business goals.
∎ Liaison with existing clients.Monitor and report client expectation and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
∎ Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
∎ Reviewing cost and sales performance.
∎ Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Selling the products and services to the clients of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantages.
∎ Adequate knowledge of ISP market / IT and the ability to analyze the market.
