Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the Toy sales forecast and maintain accountability for Toy sales goal achievement, including but not limited to respective key metrics and/or budget achievement.
∎ Direct Toy division’s staffs of sales and administrative personnel, including responsibility for hiring, training and performance coaching, and management; complete weekly “ride along” with Toy sales personnel to provide training and coaching.
∎ Assist with new customer solicitation and customer retention strategies in the segment of Toy.
∎ Meet regularly with sales personnel to review sales activity funnel (CRM tool), customer retention and relationship activities, review Toy sales performance compared to goal, production and training needs.
∎ Contact Toy assigned accounts to identify customer needs, changing requirements or potential issues and resolve accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with Toy business unit leadership to develop and implement pricing strategy to meet Company objectives.
∎ Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated Toy market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manage customer base.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experienced working with large broad line Toy distributors as well as smaller specialty distributors
∎ Strong Microsoft Office skills.
∎ Record of driving consistently strong profitable Toy sales growth
∎ Strong written and verbal communication in English & Bengali and presentation skills
∎ Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
∎ Person should be a team player
