Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for both colocation and cloud services.
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and propose tailored colocation and cloud solutions.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of DataHub Asia's services.
∎ Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
