∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
∎ Proven experience as a Real Estate Rental Sales Executive or similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and rental trends.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new rental sales opportunities through various channels including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their rental needs and preferences.
∎ Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
∎ Oversee and manage a portfolio of rental properties.
∎ Ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable for showings.
∎ Coordinate with property owners and maintenance teams to address any issues or repairs.
∎ Prepare and present rental offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve successful agreements.
∎ Close rental deals efficiently while ensuring all legal and company compliance standards are met.
∎ Monitor market trends and provide clients with competitive market analysis.
∎ Prepare and process rental agreements and other necessary documentation.
∎ Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rental properties.
∎ Utilize digital platforms and traditional methods to increase property visibility.
∎ Organize and participate in open houses and property exhibitions.
