Responsibilities & Context:

·         Selling Corporate Sales goals and developing corporate sales strategies.

·         Selling all residential & commercial product of Biophilic Builders Ltd and Biophilic Brokerage.

·         Promote real estate projects and services to potential customers.

·         Develop and execute creative content for social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.

·         Explore trending content formats (reels, stories, live sessions) to boost audience reach.

·         Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

·         Visit project sites with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

·         Achieve individual monthly sales targets.

·         Provide regular reports and updates to top management.

·         Organize marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

·         Follow up with clients regularly to build strong relationships.

·         Visit different organizations to create new customer leads.

·         Maintain client records and documentation.

·         Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities.

·         Update CRM regularly.

·         Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to supervision regular basis.
