Minimum 5–7 years of experience in furniture sales at a reputed showroom.
Strong practical experience in showroom management, sales, and customer handling.
Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall showroom operations including administration, sales, and daily activities.
Lead and supervise sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to management.
Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with factory/production team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor stock, display, and product availability in the showroom.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and performance.
