·  Able to meet the Sales target.

·  Ability to work independently with empowerment.

· To Draw Marketing Plan & Carry out Sales Promotion activities.

· Collect market intelligence, make comparisons of competitors, features and update with all market information.

· Collection of lead individually and maintain a daily log sheet and report.

· To visit potential customers on a regular basis.

· Customer meets at the office/project / potential client’s visit.

· Regular follow-up of client and maintain sales properly.

· Price Survey, land visit, and need to work as a brand maker.

· To monitor, review, and report on all Sales activities.

· To keep the Management updated on periodical Sales progress.

. Handling an honorable land owner for joint venture development of their land.

. Proper land measurement and providing actual information to the management.

. Checking all types of land measuring documents.

. Collect leads from anywhere independently & also from social media networks after boosting.

. Ensure receiving land information from the land owner, except for any types of media.

. Any other task assigned by Management, and as per the company's requirements.
