JOB SUMMARY:
Shopno Real Estate is seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for the position of Executive / Senior Executive - Direct Sales (Apartment/Rental). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate direct sales with a proven track record. This role requires a proactive and hardworking individual who can generate sales independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate sales for apartments and rental properties through direct sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
