Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate business development, sales, or a related field.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections and promote the company.
∎ Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.
∎ Oversee the execution of real estate projects from inception to completion.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
∎ Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and project progress.·
∎ Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
∎ Market Research and Analysis:
