Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding property listings, availability, pricing, and other real estate-related questions.
∎ Provide detailed and accurate information to clients, ensuring they understand all aspects of the property and transaction process.
∎ Assist clients with scheduling property viewings, appointments, and meetings with real estate agents.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
∎ Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and transaction processes.
∎ Stay informed about market trends, company policies, and new property listings to provide up-to-date information to clients.
∎ Achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals and targets.
∎ Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality and knowledge.
