কারিগরি দক্ষতা: গুগল Sheet, WhatsApp, IMO, Viber, Telegram এ পারদর্শিতা।
সফট স্কিলস: মার্কেটিং ভিডিওতে কথা বলা, চমৎকার আলোচনা, দ্বন্দ্ব নিরসন এবং নেতৃত্বদানের দক্ষতা
Responsibilities & Context:
চাকরির দায়িত্ব:
প্রধান কাজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের টার্গেট পূরণ করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সেবাসমূহ মার্কেটিং করা (মোবাইলে, সরাসরি, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া, রেফেরাল যেভাবেই হোক) কাস্টমার নিয়ে আসা। দিনশেষে রিপোর্ট সংগ্রহ করা ও ম্যানেজমেন্টকে রিপোর্ট বুঝিয়ে দেয়া।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী মার্কেটিং ভিডিওতে কথা বলা।
অনাকাঙ্খিত ঘটনার প্রাথমিক মোকাবিলা করা (পুরনো কাস্টমার)।
কাস্টমারদের আপডেট দেয়া।
উদ্বর্তনকে মাসিক টার্গেট পূরণের রিপোর্ট করা।
