Additional Requirements:

• অভিজ্ঞতা: ট্রাভেল এজেন্সি, রিক্রুটমেন্ট এজেন্সিতে ৩ থেকে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।

• কারিগরি দক্ষতা: গুগল ওয়ার্ক স্পেসে (Doc, Sheet, Mail, Drive), Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Ads, Youtube Ads, WhatsApp Business এ পারদর্শিতা। 

• সফট স্কিলস: কমেন্টের স্ট্যান্ডার্ড রিপ্লাই, সময়ানুবর্তিতা, ধারাবাহিক ভাবে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা।

Responsibilities & Context:

চাকরির দায়িত্ব:

• প্রধান কাজ প্রতিষ্ঠানের টার্গেট পূরণ করা। 

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের সেবাসমূহের কন্টেন্ট মার্কেটিং করা (সব সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় পোষ্ট ও বুস্ট করে লিড নিয়ে আসা ) দিনশেষে রিপোর্ট সংগ্রহ করা ও ম্যানেজমেন্টকে রিপোর্ট বুঝিয়ে দেয়া।

• সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় পোষ্টের কমেন্ট ও মেসেজের রিপ্লাই দেয়া। 

• প্রতিষ্ঠানের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী মার্কেটিং ভিডিওতে কথা বলা। 

• জমাকৃত ফাইল প্রসেস করে (সিভি, চুক্তিপত্র, ছবি ও অন্যান্য ডকুমেন্ট ) সুন্দর ভাবে গুগল শিট ও ড্রাইভে সাজিয়ে রাখা। 

• উদ্বর্তনকে মাসিক টার্গেট পূরণের রিপোর্ট করা।
