Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Automotive / EV / FMCG / Electronics / Energy sector preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Experience in dealer/distributor management and channel sales.
Experience in corporate sales (B2B) and retail sales (B2C).
Experience in team leadership and sales force management.
Strong sales strategy and business development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
Marketing planning and brand management expertise, Digital marketing and social media knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in Bangla and English.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth
Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Lead nationwide sales operations and ensure team performance
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail network
Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, field marketing)
Identify new customer segments and expand market coverage in urban and rural areas
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet owners, and institutional buyers
Develop B2B and B2C sales channels and increase brand visibility
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer demand
Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and branding campaigns
Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience
Work closely with product, technical, and service teams for customer satisfaction
Manage advertising, branding, and social media marketing activities
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Ensure strong after-sales coordination with service teams
Develop partnerships with banks/NBFIs for EMI and financing solutions
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events
Train, guide, and motivate sales team and dealers for better performance
