Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Executive Digital Sales (E-commerce Moderator) to manage customer communications, convert leads into sales, and ensure a smooth customer journey. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, CRM handling, and sales conversion, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer communication using iDesk (integrated Meta communication platform), including handling inquiries and follow-ups
Convert incoming leads into successful sales through structured and persuasive communication
Maintain, update, and manage customer data in the CRM system accurately
Create and process customer orders following internal workflows and guidelines
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to maximize conversion rates
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned
Prepare and submit structured performance reports, including lead status, conversion rates, and sales updates
Follow Team Lead instructions and ensure adherence to operational processes and discipline
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to convert leads into sales
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
Experience using Meta communication tools or integrated platforms like iDesk
Basic knowledge of reporting and data tracking
