We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Executive to promote and sell elevator (lift) solutions to commercial, residential, and industrial clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably in elevators, construction, or engineering-related products.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, construction, and industrial sectors
Promote elevator/lift products and solutions to clients (developers, consultants, architects, contractors)
Prepare BOQ, quotations, and technical proposals as per client requirements
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure after-sales support coordination
Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for smooth project execution
Participate in tenders, bidding, and documentation for government and private projects
Conduct market research and competitor analysis (e.g., pricing, features, trends)
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably elevator, construction, or engineering products)
Experience in lift/elevator companies will be given preference
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and costing is an advantage
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary Range:
Negotiable (Based on experience) + Sales Incentives
