∎ Effective implementation of business plan and ensure business growth with stipulated time frame.
∎ Direct & control the total activities of Departmental operations.
∎ Management reporting, information follow-up and business process and organizational planning.
∎ Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirement.
∎ Achieve optimum productivity, efficiency and quality excellence through use of manpower, material and other physical assets.
