Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to recruit and partner with educational agents across various Bangladeshi cities.
∎ Travel frequently within the region to meet prospective and current agents, understand their needs, and enhance their capabilities to promote SHEA programs.
∎ Establish and nurture long-term relationships with agents, providing them with ongoing support and training.
∎ Monitor local market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maximize our outreach and impact.
∎ Coordinate with SHEA’s main marketing team in Sydney to ensure consistency in brand messaging and strategy execution.
∎ Regularly report on agent performance and marketing effectiveness, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
∎ Job Description: The Regional Marketing Manager will be crucial in SHEA’s expansion in Bangladesh. This position involves substantial travel across the country to establish relationships with local educational agents, ensuring our educational programs are accessible to a broader student base.
