Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs, plans and implement Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, System Center, Skype for Business, Windows Failover Cluster, SQL and SQL High-Availability, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 migrations and Hybrid deployment.
∎ Takes ownership of the technical solution after Post-Sale.
∎ The ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work.
∎ Experienced in root cause analysis and undertaking of diagnostic examinations to resolve client issues.
∎ Deliver Product Features Presentations to Customers/Partners Post-Sales.
∎ Deliver Proof of Concept Demonstrations to Customers.
∎ New technology adoption and deliver as per solution Stack.
∎ Completing assigned of Post-Sales and Post Deployment as per given time.
∎ Build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers.
∎ Gathering knowledge on different Microsoft technology.
∎ Prepare documentation as per assignment and completing assigned task on given time.
∎ Preparing in house documentation for standardization.
∎ Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers to highlight solution detail and business benefit and help win/close deals.
∎ A strong technical background in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, System Center (SCCM, SVMM, SDPM, SCSM, SCOM), Skype for Business, Windows Cluster, SQL, SQL High-Availability, Hyper-V and Hyper-V Cluster Management, ADFS, Azure, Azure AD Connect, M365, Office 365.
∎ Deep Knowledge of PowerShell API and Role Base Access Control (RBAC) in Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM, SCVMM, SDPM, SCSM.
