Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target, formulating incentive for Field Force, Expense monitoring, setting tour program.
∎ 2. Evaluation of Field Forces performance.
∎ 3. Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
∎ 4. Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ 5. Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities.
∎ 6. Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guideline for upgrading weak market.
∎ 7. Keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job and providing effective training to all level of team members in that area.
∎ 8. Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
∎ 9. Build strong rapport with customers under the purview of assigned territory.
∎ 10. Visit regular of external customer i.e. all level of customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
