∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, representing the company at trade shows and conferences.
∎ Resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
∎ Implement territory sales plans for pipes, fittings, and uPVC sheets, prospecting new customers and nurturing existing ones.
∎ Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales deals, ensuring adherence to pricing and terms.
∎ Prepare sales quotations and contracts, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Collect customer feedback and market information for identifying new sales opportunities and product improvement.
∎ Attend industry events to network and generate leads, while preparing regular sales reports and achieving set targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.
