Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the development of innovative creative concepts and supervise the in-house creative team to produce high-quality content.
∎ Develops quality creatives as per the communication needs of the organization.
∎ Develop and enforce a creative outline to maintain consistency in style, tone, color schemes, and other brand elements.
∎ Collaborate with the cross functional team to oversee third-party production and ensure alignment with the brand's vision.
∎ Review and finalize creative content, incorporating feedback from relevant stakeholders for polished materials.
∎ Stay updated on global advertising trends and integrate insights to keep creatives fresh and competitive.
