• Manage all company social media platforms, ensuring they are regularly updated and aligned with ongoing campaigns, events, and activities.

• Develop and provide brand-focused and promotional content for the website, self-care portal, mobile app, and other digital touchpoints.

• Ensure the functionality, performance optimization, content updates, and product management of the Company website and Microsites, collaborating with internal teams and agencies for continuous improvement and effective execution.

• Generate data related to the Selfcare app, utilize analytics tools to track performance, prepare monthly performance reports, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to meet app requirements and enhance functionality.

• Collaborate with the cross functional team to synchronize barker channel promotions with the programming schedule of barker channels and ensure integration with digital platforms.

• Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent content presence across all digital platforms, aligning it with marketing campaigns, special events, and program promotions in accordance with campaign schedules.
