Responsibilities & Context:
Manage all company social media platforms, ensuring they are regularly updated and aligned with ongoing campaigns, events, and activities.
Develop and provide brand-focused and promotional content for the website, self-care portal, mobile app, and other digital touchpoints.
Ensure the functionality, performance optimization, content updates, and product management of the Company website and Microsites, collaborating with internal teams and agencies for continuous improvement and effective execution.
Generate data related to the Selfcare app, utilize analytics tools to track performance, prepare monthly performance reports, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to meet app requirements and enhance functionality.
Collaborate with the cross functional team to synchronize barker channel promotions with the programming schedule of barker channels and ensure integration with digital platforms.
Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent content presence across all digital platforms, aligning it with marketing campaigns, special events, and program promotions in accordance with campaign schedules.
