Responsibilities & Context:

User Growth & Engagement:

  • Implement and run growth activities to increase user acquisition, drive engagement, and increase DAU and MAU.

  • Analyses user behavior, including consumption patterns and preferences, optimize content recommendations and engagement tactics.

  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as session length, DAU/MAU ratios, and minutes watched per user.

Revenue Optimization:    

  • Drive initiatives to increase ARPU through value-based pricing, upsell activities, and targeted offers for different user segments.

  • Collaborate with finance and marketing to align promotional activities with pricing and revenue goals.

Pricing Strategy:

  • Implement pricing strategies for subscriptions and pay-per-view content, balancing revenue growth with user acquisition and retention.

  • Test, evaluate, and iterate on pricing models to understand elasticity, user conversion rates, and the impact on engagement and churn.

Performance Tracking:

  • Track KPIs related to user growth, engagement, DAU, MAU, ARPU, and revenue performance.

  • Generate insights through A/B testing and other statistical methods to evaluate the success of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing to support campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance features and optimize user experience based on analytics.

  • Work closely with content teams to align programming with user engagement goals, ensuring the right content mix for target demographics.
