∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in commodity trading sales or related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
∎ Deep knowledge of commodities markets, including understanding of various commodity products (various grain items), trading strategies.
∎ Previous experience in sales operations or commodity trading is highly beneficial.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in computer literacy and CRM software. Knowledge of trading platforms and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, market research, trading, and sales operations to deliver comprehensive solutions to the customers.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and sales activities using software.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customers feedback, and market trends & intelligence  for management review.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing traders of grain items, prospective customers/dealers/Traders.
∎ Act as the core point of contact for customers, understanding their trading objectives, risk appetite and investment preferences.
