Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments from customers.
∎ Maintain an accurate record of collection activities and outstanding balances.
∎ Lead, supervise, and train the recovery team to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Analyze customer payment patterns and provide insights to mitigate future credit risks.
∎ Negotiate with clients to establish payment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ Prepare recovery reports and present periodic updates to management.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to address client issues impacting payment collections.
∎ Ensure all recovery processes align with legal and company standards.
